Welcome …..As Governor Huntsman formulated his economic revitalization plan for Utah, he sought input from key contributors to Utah’s growth – the Utah business community.  Business leaders identified the need to build and access a pool of management and specialty skilled talent.  It is in response to this need, that the Talent Access Programs have become an integral part of the Governor’s Office of EconomicPat Vaughn, TAP Program Director Development (GOED). Talent is the fuel essential for growth and expansion.  It is the most vital component for successful global competitiveness.  Economic prosperity can only occur with the ability to attract, develop and retain this fuel.  We look forward to developing the tools, resources, programs and initiatives that integrate into the overall economic development plan for the state.    Pat Vaughn
