Utah Governor’s Office of Economic Development
Utah—Life Elevated
Energy and Natural Resources
The Centers of Excellence Program has funded a variety of Centers in the areas of Energy and Natural Resources over the past 20 years. Many of these technologies are designed to enhance the use of existing natural resources or provide new approaches to existing problems. The Governor's Office of Economic Development has also increased its focus on the importance of Energy in the State of Utah by adding the post of Energy Advisor into the Governor's Office of Economic Development.
